Line cooks should have at least 2 years experience Be able to handle a high volume kitchen position Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel Must stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service experience. Must portion food products to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications Maintain a clean and sanitary work station Open/Close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing check lists Summary As a Line Cook, ensuring high-quality food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
