Past experience working in a senior care facility with some upscale food preparation is preferred. Cooks must have knowledge of products, prep, be able to follow recipes. One must be able to mimic plate presentation consistently and understand cooking techniques and temperatures. One must be able to read ticket orders and communicate well with staff. We are only seeking reliable people to join our team. Shifts will rotate to modify coverages. All candidates must have legal documentation to work in the United States. A background check will be part of the hiring process. Full health benefits, 401K, plus vacation pay will be part of the employee package. All candidates will be expected to work weekends.
