As a Prep Cook, you will work alongside a team of passionate chefs to prepare fresh and delicious ingredients for our menus. We are looking for someone with a passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in their culinary career. If you have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a love of cooking, then we want you on our team! Duties Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring to ensure readiness for cooking and plating Assist in assembling dishes according to recipes and presentation standards Support cooking processes by following established procedures and maintaining proper food handling techniques Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Organize and stock supplies, ensuring ingredients are stored properly and inventory is managed efficiently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service flow Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations Requirements Minimum 2 years cooking experience, preferably high volume Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
