What You Will Do Each Day:

Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and portion standards. Complete prep lists before and during service. Record temperatures and rotate product using safe food handling practices. Restock your station and keep it clean throughout the shift. Support other kitchen stations, including dish, when the shift needs it.
