Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently during high-volume service periods Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Assist with prep work and closing duties as needed. Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Dependable and punctual Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and take direction Serve-Safe Certified or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire, preferred.
