We pride ourselves on efficiency, cleanliness, and quality! We run an olive oil based kitchen with mostly scratch recipes. Weekend availability is required. We accommodate school schedules or second jobs. Seeking experienced BOH staff who have worked in fast paced full service restaruants. (at least 2 years). We serve breakfast all day, Greek wraps, salads, entrees, and small plates. Health insurance plan after three months. One week of paid vacation after one year of employment. We close at 9 pm and open at 9 am on weekends. No early morning or late night shifts. Seeking a shift lead cook who will ensure recipes are being followed. Ability to stock, maintain, and rotate food correctly. Ability to follow the direction of management or the owners and prioritize assigned. Possesses a willingness to learn the menu quickly and the ability to self-motivate. Clean, presentable, well spoken, cooperative, and works well with others. Tattoos and piercings are totally acceptable. Include resume/work history.
