Job Description
Are you passionate about great food and fast-paced teamwork? We're looking for energetic, dependable Cooks who take pride in preparing delicious meals and creating an exceptional guest experience every day. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards. Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations for efficient service. Follow grilling, frying, food safety, and portion control procedures. Keep orders organized and moving smoothly through the line. Monitor cooking equipment, timers, and ovens to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work as part of a team to deliver accurate, fresh, and flavorful meals every time. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, guest checks, and company order procedures. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills. Commitment to food quality, safety, and exceptional customer service. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous restaurant experience preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
