We are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, efficient person to assist with prepping our items. We provide products that are freshly prepared and that begins by having our team provide freshly prepped items. Work Week Hours of Prep/Pizza Maker

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THESE HOURS EVERYWEEK MONDAY/TUESDAY/THURSDAY-SATURDAY

9am - 4pm Job Duties are but not limited to: Prepare ingredients for cooking by washing, chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables, meats, and other food items. Assist in the meal preparation process by following recipes and portioning food accurately. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Ensure all food items are stored properly to prevent spoilage or contamination. Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages to the shift manager. Prepare and cook pizzas according to our established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of any shortages. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers when needed and ensuring their orders are accurate.
