Whether you're chopping, slicing, or cooking, your enthusiasm and teamwork will help create a vibrant kitchen environment that thrives on precision and creativity. Duties Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning according to recipes and standards Assist in assembling dishes with attention to presentation and quality control Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grill and slicers Follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area Support menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming meals or catering events Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Maintain accurate food handling practices and adhere to dietary guidelines and safety standards in production Skills Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or food service environment Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including knife skills and slicing methods Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively Experience with food safety management and maintaining hygiene standards Ability to follow recipes precisely while ensuring consistency in meal quality Excellent communication skills to coordinate with kitchen team members Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real impact! Pay:
