Follow food safety and sanitizing procedures rigorously to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Manage food handling responsibilities with precision, adhering to dietary guidelines and recipe adherence. Support high-volume food production by working quickly and accurately during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is essential. Demonstrated skills in food preparation techniques such as braising, grilling, poaching, and knife skills. Experience with dietary department requirements or dietary aide experience is a plus. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure. Strong understanding of food handling protocols, recipe adherence, and high-volume production processes. Culinary experience in fine dining or catering settings is desirable but not mandatory.
