Job Summary:
Join our team at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa as a Line Cook. You will be a crucial part of our kitchen staff, responsible for preparing delicious meals according to our menu. Your work will directly impact our guests' dining experience.Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure food preparation meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area
