What does a shift look like at Chick-fil-A as a Back of the House Team member? As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A, your day begins with a fresh chef coat. You will begin your shift by setting up kitchen stations with fresh ingredients. You'll prepare iconic items like Chicken Sandwiches and Waffle Fries, ensuring quality and speed during fast-paced breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Working closely with your team, you'll maintain a clean and safe kitchen, restock supplies, and follow proper food safety standards to keep operations running smoothly.

Saturday Availability is

Full-Time:

Requires Monday-Saturday availability (average 33+ hours/week).
