Sea Life Park Roles & Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform daily duties that include, but not limited to, food preparation, cooking/grilling, cleaning & utility, inventory & stocking. Abide by all food handling/safety protocols, procedure and policies at all times. Able to cover any position and any shift as needed (i.e. special and/or night events). Ensure that all work areas, food and equipment/utensils used are cleaned, stowed and secured in preparation for next day's work in accordance to sanitation protocols. Garbage or food remains are secured and discarded appropriately. Additional duties or tasks as assigned or requested.

Working Conditions:

Indoors and outdoors

Work Schedule:

Flexible availability to include weekends and holidays

Equipment Used:

All basic kitchen appliances & utensils as well as standard office equipment

Mental & Physical Demands:

Frequent standing and walking; ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs
