Job Description
Follow the prep list created by supervisors Prepare ingredients using a knife to chop and slice vegetables and meats Perform basic cooking responsibilities using an oven, griddle, fryer and range burners Label and stock prepared ingredients in an orderly fashion Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen by cleaning dishes, sanitizing surfaces and disposing of trash Maintain a high level of customer service Perform all additional kitchen duties assigned
