1) Responsible for the preparation of hot and cold foods for events and caterings. Works on the serving line when necessary. 2) Qualified applicants must be available to work primarily nights and weekends, and occasionally holidays. 3) This position will be working at the Alliant Energy Powerhouse, IMON ice arena and the McGrath Amphitheater. 4) Must have or be able to obtain current certifications and licenses required by local, state, and/or Federal guidelines for food production management.
