Requirements:
Essential Functions:
Preparing dishes consistently and accurately adhering to recipe Daily cleaning and sanitation of kitchen - both food and non-food surfaces Prep work for all items on menu and event menu items Set up workstations

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time. Days and hours of work are varied between Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00a.m and 12 a.m. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and most holidays.
Required for employment:
Successfully complete SERV Safe food handlers course and exam Attend training sessions and huddles to gain product knowledge and keep up to date on all hospitality changes
Physical Demands:
This is largely active role and requires being on your feet for most of the working shift. Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold are present in a kitchen environment. Manual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related tasks. Toppling Goliath is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
