Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a line cook for nights and weekends to be part of our team in a fast-paced environment! We are hoping to find a candidate that is eager to learn and potential lead in the future Food handlers certification is a plus, but not required. Hiring asap! Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, slicers, and other appliances Maintain cleanliness of all work areas, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety standards Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling and storage procedures to prevent contamination Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and smooth kitchen operations Skills Fast-paced kitchen environment background preferred Strong food preparation skills with proficiency in cooking techniques and recipe adherence Excellent knife skills, slicing techniques, and familiarity with food industry standards Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Effective communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and serving teams Your dedication will help create memorable dining experiences while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and service. We value energetic team players who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute their culinary expertise. Nights and weekends are required for this position.
Pay:
