This role focuses on food preparation, cooking, station organization, and maintaining consistent standards throughout breakfast service. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to established recipes. Set up and stock the breakfast cooking station before service. Monitor cooking temperatures, timing, portions, and food quality. Prepare eggs, meats, sides, sauces, and other breakfast ingredients. Keep the cooking line organized and properly supplied. Coordinate with other kitchen employees to maintain timely ticket completion. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and proper food-storage procedures. Clean cooking equipment, preparation surfaces, and work areas throughout the shift. Check ingredient levels and communicate replenishment needs. Assist with prep, closing, and other kitchen duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous breakfast cooking or restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food-safety practices. Able to work efficiently during busy service periods. Strong attention to food quality, timing, and consistency. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to stand for extended periods and safely handle kitchen equipment. Reliable and available for early shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
