About The Original Mongolian BBQ The Original Mongolian BBQ is a locally owned, family-operated restaurant proudly serving the Coeur d'Alene community since 1997. We serve authentic Mongolian barbecue with fresh ingredients, gluten-free options, and accommodations for a variety of dietary needs. We're looking for dependable Cook / Kitchen Team Members. Previous work experience is preferred, but restaurant or food-service experience is not required. Position Overview Join a hands-on team where you'll learn food preparation, grill cooking, guest service, and daily restaurant operations. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, availability, and position responsibilities. Schedule Full-time and part-time available Evening and weekend availability is important Stable schedules based on availability Responsibilities Prepare food and operate the grill Assist guests with bowl building Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning Follow food-safety procedures Support daily restaurant operations Qualifications Previous work experience preferred Restaurant experience is not required Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with hands-on cooking and cleaning We look forward to welcoming you to The Original Mongolian BBQ team!
