Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to educate your palate, build on technique, and contribute to an incredible Italian restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures across all kitchen activities. Collaborate with chef to uphold service excellence and elevate the overall guest experience. Experience (Prefered) cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting with a strong background in food preparation. Experience working with banquet services, catering events, or large-scale food production is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. A passion for cooking, excellent cooking skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences are key qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
