Crow's Bench is Schweitzer's Premier restaurant. Centered around alpine cuisine, where we make our food from scratch. Commis Cook (Line Cook) is responsible for executing specific or multiple line stations & their prep during service hours. You will be responsible for food preparation, presentation and keeping a clean kitchen. If you have a passion for global cuisine and a love for learning, this is the job for you.Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities :
Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces. Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards. Work in close liaison with chef/sous chef. Cooking and Assembling Dishes- Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.

License/Certifications- Idaho Food Safety Certification is preferred Technical

- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally. Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn hazards. Additional

Education/Related Experience :
Minimum education required- English reading and writing Minimum time in a related position
- Line Cook Experience Preferred
