Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and overall kitchen area Assist with menu planning by suggesting new toppings or specialty pizzas to enhance customer options Follow food handling procedures diligently to ensure high-quality food safety standards are met Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple orders quickly and accurately Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine preferred Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary techniques for dough stretching, topping placement, and baking Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Experience with menu planning or catering is a plus for creative contribution Prior kitchen experience in the food industry or fine dining settings is highly desirable Embark on a flavorful journey with us where your culinary talents will shine!
