We are our a fast casual pizza shop concept opening at the Dream Hall in downtown Elgin. Serving New York Style Pizza, Pizza by the Slice, Sandwiches, and small bites. Pay rate is $18/hr with Pooled Tips for all hourly employees. Duties Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients following established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, mixers, slicers, and food prep tools safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness by adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and proper food handling practices Ensure consistent quality control during food production to meet recipe adherence and presentation standards Support the team in high-volume production environments while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency No previous pizza experience is required, willing to train any candidates with an eye for detail and creativity.
