$18-$20/hour based on experience Dancing Marlin | Frankfort, IL Looking for a kitchen where your experience is valued? Dancing Marlin is looking for an experienced, dependable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions . We are a busy, chef-driven restaurant serving a diverse menu of seafood, steaks, small plates, sandwiches, and creative seasonal dishes. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves well in a fast-paced kitchen, and understands the importance of consistency and teamwork.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous line cook experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation Dependable and punctual Able to follow recipes, portioning, plating, and preparation standards Works well as part of a team Comfortable working multiple stations as needed
