Job Summary:
Support the delivery and execution of quality food service to residents and guests Be a part of a supportive and high-performing team with the aim of redefining senior living and delivering top level results Prepare fresh, nutritious, appealing, and delicious meals for our residents, team members, prospective residents, families, and guests Follow plans and menus, and execute meals on time with minimal supervision Contribute to a positive and safe workplace
Qualifications :
At least two years' previous experience in kitchens; hotels, hospitals, senior living, and related operations preferred A high school diploma or equivalent certificate Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques Basic knife skills Strong attention to detail Fluent in the English language Current Food Handler certificate or First Aid Certification is a plus Positive attitude and the ability to work well with all people, particularly seniors
