We are looking for experienced kitchen professionals who can handle a fast-paced service and keep a line moving during serious rushes. We are specifically hiring strong expo / line cooks who understand ticket flow, communication, and kitchen leadership. If you've worked high-volume kitchens and take pride in running a clean, organized line, we want to meet you. Responsibilities Run expo and control ticket flow during busy service Coordinate between fry, grill, and prep stations Ensure orders go out fast, accurate, and consistent Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during rushes Maintain organization and cleanliness on the line Help keep the kitchen operating at a high level What We're Looking For Strong kitchen experience required Experience working expo in a high-volume environment preferred Ability to stay calm and organized during rushes Leadership mentality — someone others naturally follow Reliable, punctual, and accountable What We Offer Higher pay for strong experience Consistent hours and flexible shifts Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing concept Respect for people who take pride in their craft This is not an entry-level position.
