Job Description
Can you show up on time and not disappear mid shift to "vape real quick"? Understand "behind", "corner" and "86" as your second language? Can you survive a dinner shift fueled mostly by caffeine & spite? Hahaha! Just kidding! :) In all seriousness we are looking to add another Line Cook/Prep Cook to our team. Seeking a person that has experience in food preparation and handling, possess culinary knowledge, and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. ## Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food service
- Prep a variety of items including chopping vegetables and preparing our from scratch items
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all food meets quality standards before serving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the culinary team to meet customer needs ## Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a must
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques We are growing constantly.
