Summary Join Papillion Enrichment Center as a Daycare Cook and Floater in North Aurora. In this vital role, you will prepare nutritious meals for children and support our team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Your contributions help us uphold our mission of providing exceptional care and education. Responsibilities Prepare healthy, balanced meals tailored to young children's dietary needs. Assist with menu planning to ensure nutritional standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas. Support other staff members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for children. Manage food inventory and order supplies as necessary. Qualifications Proven experience in a dietary department or food service, preferably with children. Knowledge of menu planning and food safety protocols. Strong culinary skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to support float duties as needed. Food handling certification is a plus.
