The Cook follows dietary guidelines, maintains food safety standards, and supports a positive dining experience. Cook Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to menus and recipes Follow dietary and portion-control requirements Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory and minimize food waste Work with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs Cook Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous cooking experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong teamwork and communication skills ServSafe certification preferred Cook Physical Requirements Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. repetitively Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Frequent repetitive motions Apply today to join our team as a Cook!
