Uncle Bub's BBQ & Catering | 132 South Cass Avenue, Westmont, IL Join our dynamic team at Uncle Bub's BBQ & Catering as a Seasonal Prep Cook! In this role, you'll play a vital part in preparing delicious meals for our off-site stand during the busy fall season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and have a passion for BBQ, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities Prepare food items including mac and cheese, chili, pulled pork, and chopped brisket. Assist with food preparation for our off-site stand. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation. Requirements Basic food prep skills and experience in a kitchen environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate pre-existing commitments. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Schedule This is a seasonal position from September 1 to November 8, with flexible shifts available to fit your schedule.
