This position will prepare dishes cooked to order following the ClusterTruck recipes and process with speed and accuracy. Looking for team players that want to work and enjoy getting the job done right.

Responsibilities:

Prepare food for cooking, adding appropriate ingredients based on recipe and customer identified modifications Using the Kitchen POS system to know when to start dishes and print labels Preparing line so that during peak hours dishes can be prepared in a prompt manner. Maintaining a clean workspace and following safe and clean food handling procedures. Experience Previous kitchen experience is prefered but not required, as long as you are eager and able to learn and ready to contribute your best efforts. Knowledge of cooking terminology is also helpful. Good communication skills are also needed. Each ClusterTruck® Kitchen is Independently Owned and Operated.
