$15.52•19.82 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | 2nd Shift | Rotating Weekends If you enjoy cooking and want your work to have a meaningful impact, we'd love to have you join the Culinary Services team at Walnut Hills. As a Cook, you'll do more than prepare meals—you'll help create enjoyable dining experiences and provide nutritious, thoughtfully prepared food for the residents we serve. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a setting where your attention to detail, reliability, and care make a difference every day. What You'll Do Prepare and cook nutritious, appealing meals according to menus and recipes. Prepare meals that meet special and therapeutic dietary needs. Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service. Help receive, organize, and properly store food and kitchen supplies. Work closely with fellow team members to ensure meals are prepared and served on time. Help create a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cooking or food service experience is helpful, but we value a willingness to learn. Ability to follow recipes, menus, and written instructions. Reliable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively. A genuine desire to serve seniors and contribute to their well-being. Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
