Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation and service. We are willing to train the right person. This role requires a commitment to high-quality food handling and kitchen practices, ensuring that every pizza is made to perfection. Must be available nights and weekends after 4 pm. Pay based on experience. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times. Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills and techniques for efficient preparation. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently during busy times. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in food service or culinary roles. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
