JOB DUTIES SUMMARY

The Cook Assistant helps the Head Cook prepare meals, fills in for the Head Cook and other Dining Services positions as needed, practices proper sanitation and food handling techniques, serves breakfast and lunch to assigned area, supervises Dining Service Aides in assigned area, washes pots and pans, and helps maintain/stock assigned area.
