In this role, you will follow planned menus and specific dietary guidelines, including texture-modified and medically necessary diets, while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. You'll coordinate meal production, manage kitchen cleanliness, monitor inventory, and collaborate with care teams to support person-centered care.
