Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, stoves, ovens, and food processors Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to support daily service needs Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools in compliance with food safety standards Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food while adhering to recipe specifications Experience Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably within a restaurant or catering setting Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and operating commercial kitchen equipment Knowledge of safety standards in production and food handling regulations Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong communication skills for effective teamwork with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel Experience with recipe adherence, meal preparation, and food safety management practices Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Embark on a culinary journey where your skills are valued, your creativity is encouraged, and every day brings new opportunities to delight our guests!
