Job Description

Spring Mill Health Campus Is Seeking a Cook Where every meal makes a difference—and helps brighten a resident's day! Do you enjoy working with a supportive dietary team? Are you ready to begin or continue a rewarding career? Join Spring Mill Health Campus as a Cook and help us provide delicious, nutritious meals in a safe and welcoming environment. As a Cook, you will play an important role in improving our residents' daily experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing food, checking diet trays, serving meals, and following dietary and sanitation procedures.
OPEN INTERVIEWS
Monday-Friday | 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Responsibilities Prepare meals according to menus, resident dietary needs, and established procedures Ensure all dining and dietary procedures are followed Check diet trays for accuracy before distribution Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas Serve meals in resident dining rooms as instructed Follow sanitation, food-safety, and dietary regulations Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supplies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Provide friendly and professional assistance to residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members Qualifications Experience preparing and cooking food in large quantities is preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and dietary procedures is helpful Long-term care or healthcare dietary experience is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and make decisions related to assigned duties Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, dependable, and resident-focused attitude Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive Spring Mill Dietary team Competitive wages Daily Pay—access your earnings after each shift Paid vacation and holidays for eligible employees Tuition reimbursement Exceptional training and advancement opportunities Opportunities to grow within and beyond your current role At Spring Mill Health Campus , we value every team member's contribution.
