Focus is on breakfast service, limited-menu items, and consistent execution in a fast-paced select-service environment. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present breakfast and other menu items according to brand recipes and standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, ovens, fryers, etc.) and maintain proper food temperatures. Portion, plate, and garnish food for attractive, consistent presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment (health department standards). Monitor inventory, rotate stock (FIFO), and request supplies as needed. Follow all food safety, allergen, and handling procedures. Support the breakfast attendant or bistro team during service peaks. Assist with opening/closing duties and end-of-shift cleaning. Report equipment issues and food quality concerns promptly. Uphold uniform, appearance, and professional kitchen standards. Required Prior commercial kitchen or high-volume cooking experience preferred. Knowledge of basic food prep, cooking methods, and safe food handling. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Stand for extended periods; lift up to 40-50 lbs; work in a hot kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail, speed, and consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude and reliable attendance. Preferred Hotel or brand F&B experience; food handler or ServSafe certification. Experience with breakfast production or limited-service menus. Bilingual.
