Our recipes are developed in house, and our production team handles the heavy prep. That leaves our line cooks free to focus on cooking to order and plating it right, every time. What you get

Pay:

$16-$18/hr based on experience, plus potential for more based on the volume and size of the tip pool PTO from day one: Earn 1 hour for every 50 hours worked, starting your first day after your offer is signed. Once you reach 80 hours, we pay it out to you automatically, so your time off never goes to waste.

Our Kitchen Training Academy takes you from food safety and knife skills through station mastery, with hands-on coaching instead of "figure it out" We promote from within: When a lead or leadership spot opens, qualified team members get first shot before we look outside Extra hours on the road: Opportunities to work festivals around the region when our event crew needs backup A schedule you can plan around: Set shift options instead of a different schedule every week What you'll do Run grill, fry and expo stations during service Cook to order and plate to our build standards Keep the line clean and stocked, and help hold the quality bar Handle light prep on day shifts Assist with dish because everyone helps and washes dishes here. Who we're looking for Someone who takes ownership of their station and stays sharp when it gets busy Coachable, and someone who actually uses the feedback Line experience preferred, but we'll train someone hungry to learn
