Pay:

Starting at $13/hr based on experience, plus potential for more based on the volume and size of the tip pool Fast track to shift lead: Show us your work ethic and ability to lead a team, and you can move up quickly PTO from day one: Earn 1 hour for every 50 hours worked, starting your first day after your offer is signed. Once you reach 80 hours, we pay it out to you automatically, so your time off never goes to waste. Alcohol server permit, on us: Indiana requires servers and bartenders to hold one, and we pay for it Real training: Hands-on coaching on our menu, drinks and service standards, so you're set up to succeed instead of left to figure it out We promote from within: When a lead or leadership spot opens, qualified team members get first shot before we look outside Extra hours on the road: Opportunities to work festivals around the region when our event crew needs backup A schedule you can plan around: Set shift options instead of a different schedule every week What you'll do Take orders and guide guests through our menu and taps Make drinks behind the bar and wash your own glassware Run food and keep tables taken care of from start to finish Put the guest first, every table, every time Build real connection with guests and teammates, because regulars and good crews are made the same way Who we're looking for Someone who genuinely enjoys people and reads a table well Calm, quick and organized when it gets busy A team player who helps out without being asked, and receives help without having to ask Serving or bartending experience is a plus. We can train skill, but we can't train how you feel about hospitality.
