  • South Bend, IN About Roselily Roselily opened in fall 2020 to share our love of food and genuine hospitality.
Since then we've become one of South Bend's premier dining destinations. We cook seasonally and from scratch. We offer an à la carte menu and a chef's tasting menu, every plate made with intention. The role A full time line cook position on a four day week. At Roselily, food is the star. As a line cook, you own a station; you'll prep it, run it through service, and break it down clean every night. We have an open kitchen, so guests see you. The composure you bring to the line is part of the show. What you'll do Come prepared: sharp knives, a prep plan, and your priorities set before the shift Own your station; prep it, keep it organized, run it through service Cook and plate to standard for the à la carte and tasting menus Participate in callbacks and communicate constantly Complete your station's prep lists, order guides, and closing duties nightly What we're looking for You'll need real kitchen experience, but not necessarily fine dining experience. Pay:
Starting at $19/hr, plus kitchen tip out (typically an extra $1-3/hr) — roughly $20-22/hr to start
Schedule:
Full time, 38-42 hours across a 4-day week; overtime offered during busier weeks. Shifts typically begin at 1:00 PM.
