Cafe Cook Full Time Pay Rate:

$15.00/hr + tips + company paid benefits The primary objective of the Restaurant Cook is to serve well executed menu items, while adhering to proper food handling and sanitation standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Execute menu items to the recipe specifications Maintain a safe and clean work environment Have understanding of sanitation and proper food handling Able to follow recipe specifications Have knowledge of our menu Understand basic measurements and conversions Understand portion control Will support the FOH staff and execute changes to meet the needs of our guests Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
