Pelican Pointe Healthcare and Rehabilitation , a person-centered, long-term care community in Maurice , LA is currently seeking a Cook with a background within nursing home or assisted living settings. Summary The Cook performs a variety of tasks including maintenance of kitchen sanitation, food preparation and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities 1. Cook and prepare meals. 2. Must sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas as assigned. 3. Has the ability to work well with co-workers. 4. Assists in dishwashing operation. 5. Performs other tasks as assigned.
