Here you will be a part of a team with scratch-cooked food that is exciting, nutritious, and sustainable food. We provide continuous training to enable you to rise within our organization. A campus cook prepares food for students/staff, following recipes and safety standards, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory/ordering, and sometimes supervising junior staff, focusing on consistent quality, presentation, and serving meals for daily operations and special events while adhering strictly to health codes and portion control. A campus prep cook prepares ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning), organizes workstations, maintains cleanliness and food safety, manages basic inventory/stocking, and assists chefs with simple cooking tasks, all to ensure smooth meal service for students, focusing on efficiency, following recipes, and adhering to health codes in a fast-paced environment, often part-time and flexible

Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP). What you'll need: Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
