Job Summary We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll be essential in preparing high-quality dishes in a lively kitchen environment. The ideal candidate loves food, thrives under pressure, and enjoys working collaboratively to create tasty meals that keep our guests coming back for more. Duties Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and safety standards. Assist with food prep, including slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support meal production. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen surfaces to ensure food safety. Support with menu planning and ensure adherence to recipe specifications. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use. Skills Experience in food industry roles such as restaurant or catering environments is preferred. Strong knife skills and slicing techniques for efficient food prep. Knowledge of food safety management and handling procedures. Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in dish quality. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment like ovens, fryers, and mixers. Good communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced setting. Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus for understanding special dietary needs. Pay:
