Job Description
SOLID SLICE
Pizzeria & Pub is hiring an experienced Pizza Cook to join our busy kitchen in Haverhill, MA.
Pay:
$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
Hours:
20-30 hours per week
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights
•Previous restaurant pizza-making experience is required Our Pizza Cooks hand-stretch house-made dough, prepare thin-crust pizzas and cook them in our brick ovens. We serve a high volume of pizza, so applicants must be comfortable working quickly, accurately and consistently during busy dinner service.
What You'll Do:
Hand-stretch and shape fresh pizza dough Sauce and top pizzas according to our recipes Cook and rotate pizzas in a brick oven Maintain consistent quality, presentation and ticket times Restock ingredients and monitor product levels Keep the pizza station clean, organized and sanitized Follow food safety and handling procedures Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service
What We're Looking For:
Previous restaurant pizza cook experience Experience stretching dough or working a brick pizza oven Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Strong attention to quality and consistency Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights
