In this role, you'll prepare, cook, and present a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards. You'll work closely with senior cooks, support less experienced team members, and ensure meals are delivered on time with quality and consistency. Flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness are essential. Customer interaction and service may be part of your day, so a friendly and professional demeanor is a must. Prepare and cook food in accordance with recipes and production forecasts Work all assigned stations and assist with food and beverage prep Interact with customers courteously in service areas Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of all menu items Perform line checks, complete service records, and follow opening/closing procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Follow all food safety and temperature control guidelines Support department operations with additional food service tasks as needed Minimum Required Experienc e , Education, Background, And Certifications/Licenses Experience in a culinary production operation Able to read, follow, understand and execute recipes and follow written and verbal directions precisely Experience and proven competence using a variety of food preparation equipment and applying various cooking methods Experience working independently in a logical, efficient, and productive manner Must have a pleasant demeanor, enjoy working with people, be a team player and be committed to customer service Must speak, read and understand
