Job Description
Overview Join our team as a line cook. We are a very busy and fast paced breakfast and lunch restaurant. We are looking for breakfast experience and ability to cook using fresh ingredient. Duties Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met. Ability to work as a team Prepping various items Cleaning kitchen at end of day Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. Ability to be accurate. Use knife skills expertly for chopping, slicing, dicing, and portioning ingredients accurately. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related role within the food industry. You must have reliable transportation . (No bus in early mornings) Shifts start as early as 5:45am. Part time hours include either Saturday or Sunday, and holidays. Hours include 2-3 shifts or 15 - 20 hours. Salary is based on experience cooking breakfast and lunch
