Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our vibrant pizzeria team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating kitchen equipment, particularly grills, and possess strong communication skills in English to effectively follow orders and coordinate with team members. This role requires someone who is organized, responsible, proactive, and willing to assist with all aspects of kitchen duties. Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times is essential to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, and other cooking appliances, safely and efficiently. Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean working environment. Assist in all kitchen duties as needed, including prep work and cleaning tasks. Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow instructions accurately and maintain consistency in food preparation. Requirements Previous experience operating grill equipment and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to speak and understand English for effective communication with team members and following instructions. Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and safety standards. Responsible, proactive, and willing to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality food standards. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the restaurant's schedule.
