Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook grilled foods according to recipes and established standards Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely Prepare ingredients and set up the grill station before service Monitor food temperatures, quality, and cooking times Maintain proper portion sizes and presentation standards Keep the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas clean and organized Store and label food properly to maintain freshness and food safety Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

Previous grill cooking or professional kitchen experience preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks Ability to safely handle kitchen equipment and hot surfaces Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work well as part of a team
